The Aquakat Swim & Dive team had a wonderful showing at the 2024 Region Meet at the Conroe ISD Natatorium this weekend! First, our diver Kelsey Weddington qualified for State with her performance on Thursday! She will be headed to Austin to compete. 

We also had six records broken in the swim events! Senior, Keddie Ramsden broke his own team record in the 50 Free with a 21.83. Freshman, Claire Mayronne broke the team record for the Girls 50 Free with a 25.64. Senior, Ashley Flowers broke the team record in the 100 Free with a time of 54.60. Claire Mayronne, Ashley Flowers, Claire Smyth and Kaley Hall broke the 200 Free Relay team record with a 1:43.79. Keddie Ramsden, Briggs Cesan, Langston Ramsden and Aaron Barker broke the Boys 200 Free Relay record with a 1:32.69 AND the Boys 400 Free Relay record with a 3:27.06!

It goes without saying that this season was RECORD BREAKING! Congratulations to all of the swimmers who swam this weekend and to our diver making it to State!
